In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with the look or feel of your purchase, we offer a 100% refund or exchange on all non-prescription eyewear and helmets for 28 days after delivery.

Before you return your item(s) please make sure that they’re unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels or tags still attached.

UK Orders

For UK customers, we offer a free returns service. Follow these easy steps:

  1. Simply click here and you will be taken to the Royal Mail website where you will be able to print off a label and attach it to your parcel.
  2. Include a note in your parcel to let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange. If you would like an exchange please let us know the details of the exchange.
  3. Take the parcel to the post office. We recommend you request proof of postage and keep your receipt from the Post Office until your return has been processed. Without this proof of postage, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a free returns service for orders placed outside the UK. To return, simply send the item along with a copy of your receipt or a cover note with your name and Order ID to:

Prescription Orders

As prescription sunglasses and goggles are made to order, we are only able to refund the cost of the frames and not the lenses. For more information, please fill out the above form, or call us on 07766 521 932.
